Hi MIss Anderkin, Generally if proof of income or available monies are
verifiable, property management companies will consider that for
qualifying. Maybe not all management companies, but many will. They may
require a bank statement to verify your inheritance money, or possibly your
parent as a cosigner if they are assisting you with rent. Best of luck!

What if Ive been living in an apt. Complex for 9 years-great track record
(rent paid) but now apply for new unit that costs 200 more, but have been
unemployed for the past 4 yrs.. and have inheretence money paying for rent
+wealthy parent helping since??.. any advice is helpful!

U should ask.how thry get the info and how they know your past leases
